Who Is the Justice League NYC? - The Justice League NYC is an organization of juvenile and criminal justice experts, activists and formerly incarcerated individuals who hope to spark social change. "We are inspired and moved by young people and others across the country that continue to keep this movement alive in the name of justice," said Carmen Perez, the group's co-founder.
