Game Gives $1,000 to Man Fresh Out of Jail

Rapper offers stranger a job, during stop at Atlanta gas station.

Putting aside the beef he started with Young Thug, Game has a reputation for being a peacemaker with a big heart. In his newest show of generosity, the 35-year-old gifted a complete stranger with $1,000 at an Atlanta gas station yesterday.

The man had just been released from custody and was headed on a New Orleans-bound bus to surprise his mom for Mother’s Day. He appears to still be wearing his jail issued uniform in the video Game posted on Instagram. The man stands somewhat shocked as Game counts out the bills.

“Stopped at a gas station soon as I got to the ATL & a n***a hopped off the Greyhound & said he was fresh outta jail headed back to New Orleans to surprise his mama before #MothersDay so I offered him a job,Told him after he get home If things don't go as planned, call me & I'll give him a job," wrote the rapper alongside the clip. "Left him wit $1,000 to look out for moms for #MothersDay too!!!!!!”

Game doesn't just pick special occasions for charity, his Robin Hood Project helps make good deeds a year-round practice. The Compton native was named Humanitarian of the Year at a charity gala last November.
