Nicki Minaj, Safaree Tweet About Love on Rumored Anniversary
Nicki Minaj and Safaree Samuels seem to have love on the brain today (March 7) and the timing is raising eyebrows. Today allegedly would’ve been the former couple’s 11th anniversary.
This afternoon Minaj tweeted, “I will always love you” and Samuels seemingly replied. “Im not gonna front like i dnt kno wat today woulda been I hope ur happy and wish u nothing but the best.. luv u 4ever. no love lost,” he wrote.
The exes wiped the tweets from their timelines, but soon after Safaree’s anniversary post, Minaj wrote “please stop” (and she hasn’t deleted it yet).
Minaj and Samuels split last year after a decade together. Despite apparently moving on to Meek Mill, the YMCMB rapper has been open about how hard it was to get over the relationship and channeling her emotions into The PinkPrint album.
Of course subliminal messages don't mean Minaj isn't content with the break up. Earlier this week, she tweeted some general relationship advice, “When you meet a person who cares about you as much as u care about them, hold on to them. Most ppl can only think about themselves.”
