Drake to Headline Coachella 2015
Drake is taking over this year’s Coachella Music Festival!
The Toronto rapper is billed to headline Coachella 2015 alongside AC/DC and Jack White, organizers announced Tuesday (Jan. 7). The annual music festival returns to Indio, Calif., and will take place over two consecutive weekends, kicking off April 10.
AC/DC leads night one and returns for April 17, while White is in line for April 11 and 18. Drizzy holds down April 12, along with closing out the show on April 19.
Nabbing a top spot at Coachella puts the 28-year-old with vets Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre, OutKast and Kanye West on the list of previous rap headliners.
Additional acts to perform at Coachella this year include Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, Azealia Banks, Ab-Soul, Action Bronson, the Weeknd, Tyler, the Creator and Lil B.
Tickets go on sales Wednesday, Jan. 7, and they’re likely to move quickly. Coachella has been known to sell out within hours.
