Iggy Azalea's Alleged Sex Tape Could Be Illegal
Iggy Azalea is simultaneously fighting off rumors that she has a sex tape, while threatening legal action just in case the video actually does exist.
The “Fancy” rapper’s team has changed their story up about whether or not there is a tape, if so, it was done without her “knowledge or consent” and may have been filmed when she was underage, TMZ reports. An ex-boyfriend is said to be the “spurred business suitor” responsible for the recording, which has been viewed by Vivid Entertainment, the porn company that released Kim Kardashian and Ray J’s tape.
Azalea tackled the story yesterday, and based on her Twitter account, there’s a possibility that the sex tape does exist. “I don’t have a sex tape but for the record….Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else’s intimate moments against their will is a sex offender,” she tweeted. “& it honestly makes me sick to see the media encourage any other attitude towards those sorts of people, we should want to protect our women.”
The 24-year-old Australian added that she wants America to take a page out of Europe’s book “to better protect people's privacy and fundamental rights.”
