The 18-year-old man at the center of a physical altercation with Kanye West Monday (Jan. 13) afternoon threatened Kim Kardashian's life, according to TMZ. 

Sources close to the reality star claim that Kardashian has met with her lawyer and wants the teen prosecuted for making criminal threats, alleging that he yelled "I will kill you slut" in addition to peppering her with racist insults as she made her way inside of a Beverly Hills, Calif. chiropractor's office.

Video from just before the incident shows Kardashian arriving at the chiropractor's office and contemplating getting back inside of her car due to the swarm of photogs. The teen is seen on the steps jumping up and down, yelling to Kardashian that the paps were "wack" for swarming.

Not shown on the released video is that he then [allegedly] targeted the 33-year-old mom. Kardashian reportedly called West — who was nearby — on the phone after the man called her a "n---er lover" and called West a "n---er."

West showed up and punched the man in the face before the fight was broken up. The 36-year-old MC is now facing criminal battery charges. "The named suspect was identified as Kanye West by the victim and several witnesses," Beverly Hills police told the Los Angeles Times.

It is unclear if West has spoken with authorities.

The Chicago native is already facing battery charges for a paparazzi fight at LAX last summer.
