Gucci Mane Ordered to Surrender Guns

Feds make "Guwop" rapper turn over two firearms and ammunition.

Gucci Mane must turn in two firearms, TMZ reports. According to a federal indictment obtained by the website, Gucci, born Radric Davis, has been ordered to hand over a .42 caliber Glock, a .45 caliber Taurus and ammunition.

The Feds' punishment was brought on by his prior charges for aggravated assault alongside weapons and pot possession. Gucci was arrested on Sept. 14 after "cursing and threatening" authorities following a distress call placed by his own friend. A small amount of marijuana and concealed weapons were found on his person. He was taken to a hospital for mental evaluation and later sentenced to six months in jail for probation violation.

September's strife was preceded by an April aggravated assault indictment stemming from Gucci allegedly hitting a fan over the head with a bottle. He reportedly attacked another fan days later.

Along with his pending assault drama, Gucci launched his own legal fight by suing Debra Antney and former comrade Waka Flocka Flame. He accuses Antney, his ex-manager and Waka's mom, of "ruining his career" and taking money without permission, among other things.

In response, Antney turned the blame back on her son's onetime Bricksquad affiliate. "I'm speechless, it's crazy," she told Rumorfix.com of his various allegations. "Drugs, greed and women ruined him — that’s it. Don't blame that s--t on me!”

She went on to advise that Gucci follow in DMX's footsteps and seek help from Dr. Phil.
