Jeezy Sued over Clothing Line

Hells Angels claim rapper's 8732 clothing line jacked their logo.

Jeezy is in legal hot water and it's all over his clothes.

According to TMZ, the Hells Angels are suing Jeezy’s 8732 clothing line for allegedly ripping off its well-known “Death Head” logo. In legal documents obtained by the site, the California-based motorcycle club claims 8732 netted large profits from using a similar HS logo on shirts, t-shirts, jackets, hats and other apparel.

HS is suing for unspecified damages but wants a judge to bar 8732 from using the design, and turn over all money the line has made off the clothing in question thus far.

Jeezy launched the line a few years ago. Speaking to Billboard.com in 2011, he talked about expanding the growing brand overseas. "It’s basically the code of the streets," he said. "We’re the new Ralph Lauren so tell him I’m coming."

At press time, a rep from the rapper’s label did not respond to BET.com’s request for comment.
