Apparently news of Lauryn Hill's tax struggle has her landlord nervous. According to reports coming out of South Orange, New Jersey, Hill hasn't paid rent in a month and now she's facing eviction.

The mother of six was scheduled to appear in tenancy court, ironically, on tax day (April 15). She has been renting a mansion in South Orange, New Jersey, since 2009.

She's also scheduled to be sentenced for tax evasion next week. She claims that threats on her family contributed to why she disregarded Uncle Sam.

The 37-year-old has asked a judge for leniency in hopes of staying out of jail.
