Jay-Z Talks Watch the Throne Tour
Even after two decades in the biz, 11 number one albums, millions of records sold and sold-out shows around the world, Jay-Z is still having a blast. At least if his still-rocking Watch the Throne tour with Kanye is any indication.
"We're having a great time," Hov told MTV News. "The most important thing is that the people that are coming to the concert are leaving there thrilled and we're having an amazing time."
Maybe even too good a time? "As you see, I don't have a voice," Jay said, laughing.
But who could blame him? With several sold-out shows — including two at New York's legendary Madison Square Garden — and countless rave reviews, the Watch the Throne tour has undoubtedly been one of the highest points in a storied career full of them.
"It's like the best party you've ever been to every night," Jay said. "It's star-studded and it's music and it's just unbelievable."
The Kanye/Jay extravaganza next hits Auburn Hills, Mich., this Saturday, Nov. 26.
