This morning (June 1), DJ Mister Cee plead guilty to charges of public lewdness and exposure in New York Criminal Court, according to XXLmag.com. The popular New York radio disc jockey was arrested back on March 30 when police officers claimed they caught him in his car in Manhattan involved in a sexual act with another man.

In the aftermath of his arrest, some in the hip hop community refused to believe that it was true, while others simply defended Cee's right to privacy.

The criminal complaint, however, said that Cee was caught with his “exposed, naked and erect penis” in the mouth of a Lawrence "Brookle-Lynne" Campbell. The complaint also stated that Campbell was seen with his “mouth and lips in an up-and-down motion consistent with oral sex.” Initially, in a video released to worldstarhiphop.com, Campbell denied the accusations, but later admitted it was true. Campbell was given an adjourment in the case and must stay out of trouble for the next six months then the charges in this case will be erased from his record.

For Mister Cee, this was the second time the well-known DJ was charged with the offense. This past October Cee was busted in lower Manhattan participating in a similar act. The judge in this case has ordered the Brooklyn-native to serve 3 months or 12 sessions of counseling.
