Lamar Odom Is Finally Out of the Hospital
Lamar Odom’s recovery took another huge leap this week. The former NBA player has been moved out of Cedars Sinai Hospital, where he has been treated since late October, to a private rehabilitation facility closer to his wife Khloe Kardashian's home.
According to US Weekly, Khloe Kardashian “secretly” moved Odom out of Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and into a nearby rehabilitation facility without the knowledge of Odom’s family.
On Saturday, TMZ captured a photo of Odom being driven around the San Fernando Valley, and while only his face is visible, he looks remarkably like the NBA player and reality star we remember. This is not the first time we have seen Odom since his accident however, his son posted an adorable picture on Instagram of the Odoms over the Holidays, captioning the photo, “Christmas with my pops. Here’s to 2016. Blessed.”
Before the holidays it was reported that Lamar Odom had taken his first steps, was gaining control of his upper body, and was even regaining some of his lost brain function. A source close to Odom adds that he's now walking without a walker, as well as talking, reading and writing.
