Tasha Smith is going through a messy divorce in recent memory, but things weren't always so bad between the Why Did I Get Married? actress and her husband of three years, Keith Douglas.
Back in June, Smith gushed to BET.com about Douglas' relationship with their kids. "My husband taught me so much about being a father," Smith said at the time. "No matter what any of our children do, my husband will always believe in them, love them and accept them."
Smith is singing a different tune about Douglas now that their divorce battle is heating up. The actress, who was issued a restraining order to stay away from Douglas after he claimed she frequently attacks him in a drunken rage, filed court documents on Wednesday implying her husband has been abusive. "When he's in a rage, I feel that he is capable of killing me," she asserts.
