Floyd Mayweather Sued by Ex for Assault and Battery
Famed boxer Floyd Mayweather remains in the headlines this week for yet another scandal. His ex, Shantel Jackson, is suing him for allegedly attacking her on multiple occasions and even putting a gun to her head.
According to the legal documents obtained by TMZ, Jackson claims that Mayweather first put his hands on her in 2012, right after he was released from prison for a domestic violence case involving another woman. The lawsuit also states, "He twisted [her] arm, choked her and forcibly took her phone away from her to look through it."
Jackson also claims that Mayweather physically harmed her again in April 2013 when he "bent her arm, restrained her, and pointed a gun at her foot, asking 'Which toe do you want me to shoot?'"
Collectively, Shantel Jackson is suing Mayweather for assault, battery, defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment and more.
Mayweather's reps have not yet responded to the charges.
