The Good Ol' Days of 213 - In the early stages of the game Nate Dogg, Snoop and Warren G ran together and it was known that they were fierce on the mic! The Hard Way rappers kept it very real about how much of a good time they were having, because honestly life just "ain't no fun if the homies can't have none." (Photo: Chris Connor / WENN)

Snoop Dogg - If you were alive in the '90s then you know all about Doggystyle. Snoop Dogg's polarizing 1993 debut album taught the world about "Gin and Juice" and sharing with the homies on cuts like "Ain't No Fun (If the Homies Can't Have None)." Transcending West Coast rap beyond the Atlantic, the album was certified four-times platinum in May 1994. Snoop marked 20 years since Doggystyle in November 2013 with a mix of all the samples used in the album with his own commentary laid over the tracks.(Photo: Death Row Records)

Gin and Juice - "Gin and Juice" is one of the most iconic songs of Snoop's career and still remains relevant today. The song is a reminder of the laid-back vibes that flowed through the streets of Cali, from riding bikes to drinking and clowning with friends, it's just a good time.  (Photo: Death Row Records)

Murder Was the Case - One of Snoop's most classic performances was at the 1994 MTV VMAs where he performed his hit "Murder Was the Case." Shortly thereafter, Snoop turned himself in to the authorities in one the most tiring trials of his career, where he was faced with murder charges. Luckily the rap star made it through! California Love? - Vibe captured the most controversial power figures of the time at once with this Death Row dynasty cover for February 1996. Tupac was fresh out of jail, newly signed to the label, and beefing with all of New York via songs like "Bomb First;" Snoop Dogg was still engaged in legal battles from a murder charge; and Suge Knight, as usual, was doing his best to keep his reputation up.(Photo: Vibe Magazine)

Live From Death Row - In '96, Death Row Records, made up of Suge Knight, Tupac Shakur, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, had amassed an unheard of popularity. They gained tons of traction from repping the West Coast and bringing true heat. No bar was slight, no lyric held back and every beat was murdered. And their constant beefing kept them in a constant spotlight.(Photo: Vibe Magazine)

The Chronic - "Compton and Long Beach together, now you know you in trouble," need we say more? There's no question that when these two linked up for The Chronic, they were destined for greatness. With hits like "Nuthin' but a 'G' Thang" and "Bitches Ain't S**t," they were bound to skyrocket to the top. (Photo: Death Row Records)

Who Am I? - The George Clinton "Atomic Dog" sample is fitting for this Doggy Dog. Snoop is excellent when it comes to configuring a classic hip hop jam — he just doesn't miss. "Who Am I? (What's My Name?)" is the solo debut single from his album Doggystyle. (Photo: Death Row Records)

Bow Wow Wow - Nothing more "doggystyle" than taking over the cover of Vibe magazine with a title like "Bow Wow Wow." Snoop's debut album, Doggystyle, was highly anticipated, putting fans on edge to hear more and more from him. His slow, tongue-twisting twang captured people and made fans really gain that "California love." (Photo: Vibe Magazine)

Deathrow Spokespersons - Let's keep it real! Snoop and Pac hit their peaks of fame under Death Row Records and it skyrocketed the hip hop dream team to became generational icons. The Infamous Source Awards - Snoop turned up the heat at the 1995 Source Awards when he spazzed out on stage over the East Coast/West Coast beef that had clearly been brewing for some time. Snoop's chill was nowhere to be found, and he had zero plans of backing down. (Photo: Al Pereira/Michael Ochs Archives/Getty Images)

Baby Boy - One of Snoop's most memorable movie moments had to be his character Rodney in the movie Baby Boy, starring Tyrese and Taraji P. Henson. All the yelling about "Jody" this and "Jody" that still rings loud in our ears. (Photo: Courtesy Columbia Pictures/Getty Images)

Beautiful - Snoop and Pharrell Williams made undeniable hits, and their videos were even better with loads of beautiful women constantly gracing the screen. Drop It Like It's Hot - If you had a radio in 2004 then you were automatically listening to "Drop It Like It's Hot" and probably c-walking around your house or "parking it like it's hot," or, in fact, you were actually dropping it like it's hot, which is definitely applaudable. Master Chef - One of the funniest memes on the Internet is the one with Martha Stewart and Snoop in the kitchen whipping up some brownies, and it says,"Be mindful about stereotypes. Only one is a convicted felon." And by a quick process of elimination, we can say it's not Snoop. LOL. (Photo: Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Mark Burnett Productions, NBC Universal)

Snoop Lion, Reincarnated Bundle Set - For anyone who studies music, this one is key. Uncle Snoop has had a heavy impact on pop culture since his Doggystyle debut in 1993, which helped to introduce West Coast rap to the mainstream. Two decades later, he flipped his "Serial Killa" message to one of "No Guns Allowed" and showed a glimpse of his transformation to a Rastafarian in Jamaica via a documentary and accompanying CD.(Photo: RCA)

Snoop Lion Emerges - From out of the depths of Jamaica, from the sweet lands of the rastafarians, Snoop Lion emerged. Snoop Lion, similar to Snoop Dogg, but just with a name change and a new, improved outlook on life.  (Photo: RCA)

Snoop Dogg, @snoopdogg - Nia Long is like fine wine and gets better with age, and Snoop... he seems to be getting more and more unrecognizable nowadays, especially since he's going by the name "Todd." We don't know what his transformation is all about, but we can't wait to find out! (Photo: Snoop Dogg via Instagram)

Meet Todd - Then there was that one time when Snoop Lion (or maybe Snoop Dogg) finally disappeared and reemerged as a white guy named Todd, who was infatuated with Nia Long. Awww! Don't you just love Hip Hop Awards memories... (Photo: Snoop Dogg via Instagram)

Exit 2Pac, Enter Makaveli - At Coachella in 2012, rapper Snoop Dogg was unexpectedly outshined by a special guest in his performance, a hologram of the late and great Tupac Shakur. The hologram was an unforgettable and incredible surprise, and re-sparked rumors that Tupac is off in Cuba living good.  (Photo: Christopher Polk/Getty Images for Coachella)

Snoop D-O-Double G - Snoop Dogg's slang is also one of the greatest aspects of his legacy, he's got us saying "fo' shizzle my nizzle" and "chuuch" just to name a couple. There's plenty of ways Snoop has influenced hip hop, and we're sure he'll give us more of a reason at the BET Hip Hop Awards on Tuesday, October 13 at 8P/7C!  (Photo: Matteo Valle/Getty Images)
