2023 NAACP Image Awards: ‘LeVar Burton Reads’ and ‘Therapy for Black Girls’ Among Winners
The 54th annual NAACP Image Awards unveiled the fourth round of winners in the non-televised award categories, which included outstanding podcast, directing, writing and more awards.
The fourth round of winners included Beyond the Scenes - The Daily Show for Outstanding Podcast - News and Information, Brittani Nichols – Abbott Elementary – Student Transfer for Outstanding Writing in a Comedy Series, Angela Barnes – Atlanta – "The Homeliest Little Horse" for Outstanding Directing in a Comedy Series, Giancarlo Esposito – Better Call Saul – Season 6, Episode 6: "Axe and Grind" for Outstanding Directing in a Drama Series, and more.
The non-televised virtual experiences were hosted by Bresha Webb, with guest appearances from nearly a dozen across Hollywood.
Artist, actress, producer, author, and entrepreneur Queen Latifah will host “54th NAACP Image Awards,” premiering live Saturday, February 25 at 8:00 pm et/pt on ET.
