15 Most Anticipated Albums of 2015 - 2014 gave us reunions (like G-Unit), returns (like Pharrell's solo career) and the rise of the West again (like YG and ScHoolboy Q), all the while some of the biggest names in music were on hiatus (meaning, instead they were touring, thankfully). We have a feeling the momentum is only building. To get a glimpse of what 2015 may look like, we've compiled a list of those stars who we know are shooting for a release. Kendrick Lamar, Title TBA - With the release of his highly acclaimed LP, good kid m.A.A.d city, in 2012, K-Dot reset the bar for hip hop's street consciousness. But while there's no word or specifics on this new LP, the Compton rap star scored another buzz-worthy single with "i" in September, which stretches his reach right into pop stardom, and more recently an untitled track that hearken back to his jazzy mixtape roots. Lil Wayne, Tha Carter V - Although Lil Wayne's Carter V has been been delayed several times this year, not to leave fans totally waiting, Weezy released the single "Believe Me." Given his disapproval of his Cash Money situation, there may be some weight to his promise that this album will definitely be his last (solo). A must listen.(Photo: Kevin Winter/Getty Images)

Drake, Views From the Six - Drake became hip hop music's premiere golden boy following the release of his 2013 Nothing Was the Same, which had everyone from kids to grandparents chanting anthems like "Started From the Bottom." The pressure's on for his fourth album, set for an early 2015 release. In the meantime he's released loosies like "0 to 100" and "6 God" to keep anticipation high. It's working.(Photo: Gilbert Carrasquillo/Getty Images)

Meek Mil, Dreams Worth More Than Money - Meek Mill's sophomore LP, featuring the likes of Rick Ross, Chris Brown and A$AP Ferg, was slated for a 2014 release. However, it was put on pause following his arrest, his parole being revoked, and him being jailed for several months. But don't fret. All that means is a 2015 arrival for Dreams Worth More Than Money. (Photo: Rick Diamond/BET/Getty Images for BET)

Kanye West, Title TBA - No matter how crazy Kanye talks, his musical output always proves monumental. Looking to follow up 2013's Yeezus and his colossal Jay Z collab (Watch the Throne), Yeezy has been busy giving ultra-private listening sessions (one in a limo van with actor Seth Rogen) to get feedback on his much-anticipated, yet-to-be-titled LP. And for the rest of us, the suspected lead track, "All Day," leaked in 2014. (Photo: Rick Kern/Getty Images for Samsung)

Big Sean, Title TBA - Even though Big Sean's been somewhat tight-lipped about his upcoming LP, he's sure been great at designing the buzz behind it. Dropping four singles this September, including "IDFWU," the biggest hit of his career so far (and possibly a lead single), Sean sparked hype for his third album. He also dropped word that Kanye would make an appearance (just in case folks were interested). (Photo: Steve Jennings/Getty Images for Free The Children)

Rihanna, Title TBA - You know Rihanna's always keeps things mysterious and cryptic, especially her much-talked-about return LP, heavily referred to as R8, which was falsely rumored to have a release date the week of Thanksgiving. Although nothing materialized as yet, she did Instagram — of course — part of a track she's been working on.(Photo: Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images)

Wale, The Album About Nothing - Seems like Wale's been working on this album at least since the drop of his most acclaimed mixtape, About Nothing, so it's bound to be a great gift for 2015. Once again, the rapper reaches toward comedian Jerry Seinfeld (who's groundbreaking TV sitcom was about nothing) as inspiration, and he's already started promoting it through a 3-minute trailer.(Photo: Johnny Louis/WENN.com)

Lupe Fiasco, Tetsuo & Youth - Another MC promising to speak the consciousness of hip hop is Lupe Fiasco. Following the release of 2012's Food & Liquor II, the Chicago-born rap star has been putting his label on blast, criticizing President Obama for his Middle East policies, and Twitter beefing with fellow artists about the state of the culture. We can't wait. (Photo: Chris Weeks/Getty Images for Sonos)
