Girl Power at Its Best - Speaking of Ariana Grande, she's had one hell of a year, thanks largely in part to English singer Jessie J and femcee Nicki Minaj. Their girl power smash "Bang Bang" was arguably the song of the summer, making it practically inescapable anywhere you went.
