50 Cent Rivalries: What's the Score?

Add Slim the Mobster to 50's long list of foes.

50 Cent's Rivalries: What's the Score? - Man your battle stations. 50 Cent and Slim the Mobster have revived their Twitter flame war. Slim, who was once signed to Dr. Dre's Aftermath along with 50 Cent, accused Fif of stealing his style and called him a "steroid junky." 50, for his part, joked that Slim had chapped lips. Of course, this is far from 50's first war. He's practically made a career out of his penchant for diss tracks, biting Web videos and Twitter disses. Here, we take a look back at 50's past rivalries and render the final score: win, lose or draw (Photos from left: Aftermath Records,Chris McKay/Getty Images)

50 v. Floyd Mayweather Jr. - Money Team, we hardly knew ya. Earlier this month, 50 Cent tweeted that the Money Team, his boxing promotion company/crew/bromance with boxer Floyd Mayweather, was kaput — and also took a shot at his refusal to fight Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather wasn't pleased and responded with some Twitter haymakers of his own, lighting into 50's declining album sales and calling him a "male groupie." A few days later, though, 50 claimed the whole thing was a hoax. "Floyd asked me to act like were fighting cause no one was paying any attention after his 60 days," Fif tweeted, referring to Mayweather's three-month prison bid that ended in August. "He just wanted some attention. Floyd is like a brother to me." Now we don't know what to believe. But one thing's clear: This "beef," whether real or not, made them both look i...

50 v. Ja Rule - 50's biggest takedown ever also served as the launching pad for his career. His lyrical attack on Ja Rule was an extension of real-life beef between the two Queens MCs. Unfortunately for Ja, 50 has this one by a longshot. 50 SCORE: WIN (Photos from left:  Scott Wintrow/Getty Images, Terrence Jennings/Picturegroup)

50 Cent and Fat Joe - 50 Cent isn't one to easily let his beefs go. But even by Fif's own admission, it took too long to move on from his issues with Fat Joe, which started in 2004 after Joe collaborated with 50's nemesis, Ja Rule. The two New York rappers have since put their issues behind them, but they truly started a new chapter with DJ Kay Slay's "Free Again," which featured the two rappers.(Photos from left: REUTERS/Danny Moloshok, John Ricard/BET)

50 v. Fat Joe - In some cases, 50's beef with Ja Rule extended to his friends and collaborators. When Ja teamed up with Fat Joe and Jadakiss on the track "New York," 50 took offense, believing that Joe was picking sides. 50 and Joe went back and forth for years before reconciling onstage at the BET Hip Hop Awards in honor of Chris Lighty, their late former manager. Nonetheless, 50's hilarious video for "Piggy Bank" still stings. 50 SCORE: WIN (Photos from left: REUTERS/Danny Moloshok, John Ricard/BET)

"Irregular Heartbeat" featuring Jadakiss and Kidd Kidd - 50 Cent, Jadakiss and Kidd Kidd let the wankstas know that they are not cut from the same cloth and that they bite while the pretenders bark. With cyber gangsters running rampant these days, Jadakiss sums up the track with bars like, "30-something and you ain't never open your mouth yet/Social media is giving cowards an outlet/See him in person, say something, I doubt that."(Photos from left: Jeff Bottari/Getty Images, Stuart Ramson / PictureGroup)

50 v. Jadakiss - Even though 50 Cent once aligned himself with the Lox by proclaiming they were the only other hard rappers out (on his song "Backdown"), Jada's collaboration with Ja on "New York" later made him a foe. Jada and 50 shot several diss tracks back and forth, but neither landed any body blows, and they reconciled in 2008. 50 SCORE: DRAW (Photos from left:  Jeff Bottari/Getty Images, Stuart Ramson / PictureGroup)

50 v. Nas - Early in 50's career, he toured with Nas while the two were both signed to Columbia Records. Still, 50 caught feelings when Nas replaced him on a Jennifer Lopez remix. There have never been records aimed at each other, but rather subliminal disses in the occasional verse. Career-wise, Fif may have the financial bragging rights, but Nas is undoubtedly more acclaimed as a lyricist; his Life Is Good is one of the year's best, while 50's still working on his long-delayed album. 50 SCORE: DRAW (Photos from left: Roger Kisby/Getty Images, Koi Sojer/PacificCoastNews.com)

50 v. Jay-Z - It's the battle 50's been waiting for, but Jay-Z refuses to give it to him. 50 Cent has thrown pot shots at Jay-Z ever since his "How to Rob" record. But aside from a bar on "It's Hot" ("I'm about a dollar, what the f--k is 50 cents"), Jay has kept mum, kept it moving and kept making money. Years later, he's the bigger artist — by a mile. 50 SCORE: LOSS (Photos from left: Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images, Jeff Bottari/Getty Images)

Game and 50 Cent - Hit records weren’t enough to keep 50 Cent and Game on good terms. After being ousted from G-Unit, the Los Angeles MC released a slew of diss tracks, including the epic “300 Bars and Runnin’.” Multiple attempts at reconciliation haven’t resulted in anything lasting. (Photos: Frank Micelotta/PictureGroup; Mark Davis/Getty Images)

50 v. Game - On the outside, it may appear that 50 Cent got the best of Game by signing him to his G-Unit label and later dropping him. But Game's continued success as an MC has proven otherwise — 50 could have made a whole lot more money with him than without him. 50 SCORE: LOSS (Photos from left: Frank Micelotta/PictureGroup, Mark Davis/Getty Images)

Young Buck and 50 Cent - Though Young Buck was riding with 50 & Co. for a while during the Game beef, the Tennessee rapper eventually ended up on Fif’s bad side, too. He took his frustrations out on wax dozens of times on songs like “Laugh Now, Cry Later” and “Hood Documentary.”(Photos: Jason Merritt/Getty Images)

50 v. Young Buck - 50 Cent won this one by a landslide when he taught Buck the biggest lesson: Don't bite the hand that feeds you. But more importantly — there's no crying in hip hop! 50 SCORE: WIN (Photos from left: Scott Gries/Getty Images, Jason Merritt/Getty Images)

50 v. Cam'Ron - 50 and Cam'Ron's silent feud goes all the way back to 50's Shady/Aftermath debut after a very scathing diss toward Cam'Ron was removed from his album. Though the diss never made the album, Cam heard about it. Their beef escalated on a humorous phone call on NYC's Hot 97 where they traded verbal jabs. They squashed the tiff in 2011. In the end though, the real winners were us — this beef was hilarious. 50 SCORE: DRAW (Photos from left: Bruce Glikas/FilmMagic, LK/ WENN)

50 v. Kanye West - This is a David and Goliath story. 50 Cent, being the bully that he can be, challenged Kanye to a "who can sell more" contest in 2007, with their albums dropping on the same day. Kanye clowned his own non-violent persona, never taking part in a 50-style battle. But in the first week of sales, Kanye's music proved superior and he sold more. 50 SCORE: LOSS (Photos from left: Dario Cantatore/Getty Images, Bruce Glikas/FilmMagic)

50 Cent vs. T.I. - This tiff was an example of when tweeting goes bad. The problem started when 50 caught wind of T.I.'s reaction to the G-Unit rapper's opinion on what Tiny should have done in Tip's court case on drug charges. T.I. responded in an interview. And Fif responded with another tweet. And before things got out of hand, the two hopped on the phone and squashed it.   (Photos from left: Alberto E. 50 v. T.I. - 50 Cent and Tip had a heated Twitter spat when Fif suggested that T.I.'s wife, Tiny, should've taken the rap for his 2010 drug charge. But the beef never made it on-wax and the two deaded the drama last year. 50 SCORE: DRAW (Photos from left: Joe Kohen/Getty Images, Ryan Pierse/Getty Images)

50 v. Lil' Wayne - Why won't Lil' Wayne ever respond to 50 Cent? Fif has taken shots at Wayne several times, most recently on leaked track "Love, Hate, Love," which mocked Weezy's skateboarding and fashion sense. But Wayne has refused to engage. And while 50 focused on baiting MCs, including Wayne, Weezy focused on being the best. And right now, Wayne is the undeniably one of the hottest MCs out. 50 SCORE: LOSS (Photos from left: Vince Bucci/PictureGroup, Frank Micelotta/Fox/PictureGroup)

50 v. Rick Ross - Hmmm. This is an interesting one. Because Rick Ross was "exposed" as a corrections officer and clowned in various 50 Cent-helmed Web videos, one might argue Ross lost. But actually, after the battle, Rick Ross's star power increased. His music has gotten better and his label, Maybach Music Group, is one of rap's hottest. 50 Cent's music and label, G Unit, on the other hand? Not so much. 50 SCORE: DRAW (Photos from left: Joe Kohen/Getty Images, Ryan Pierse/Getty Images)

50 v. Shyne - The long-running war of words between 50 Cent and Shyne, which ran the gamut from diss tracks to salty interviews to Web videos — culminated in a hilarious 2010 incident in which 50 Cent pranked a conference call Def Jam set up to promote its signing of a recently released Shyne. Really though, the result here hinges on the fact that 50 is rich and free, while Shyne is exiled abroad and struggling to refind his relevance. 50 SCORE: WIN (Photos from left: Mark Davis/Getty Images, UPI/Landov)
