Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris Calls For Bill Cosby To Be Released From Prison Due to Coronavirus

On her podcast, she said he should be among those released over COVID-19.

Tameka “Tiny” Harris believes that Bill Cosby should be released from prison as a mitigation measure against the spread of coronavirus in the facility where he is being housed.

  • As prisons and jails nationwide have been battling against the spread of coronavirus within their walls. there has been a call for non-violent offenders to be released into house arrest until the coronavirus abates.

Harris and her co-host Shekinah Jo Anderson shared their thoughts on the prospect of Cosby being released due to the coronavirus during a recent episode of their The Tiny Jo Show podcast. In 2018, Cosby was sentenced three to 10 years in prison for sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his home back in 2004, and has remained behind bars since. He is currently serving his sentence at the SCI Phoenix facility outside Philadelphia. One coronavirus case has reportedly been confirmed at the facility, according to lehighvalleylive.com.

  • “I f***ing love it,” Tiny admitted, although she added, “no disrespect to the women that were involved.”
She continued, “I just feel like Bill is older, and he’s been in there doing his time. I don't know how much time he did. Has he done two years yet?”

Shekinah Jo didn’t know how long Cosby had been in prison, but she did have some thoughts to share about his situation. “I think it’s f**ked up what you women did to Bill,” she proclaimed “ ’Cause nine times out of ten, real talk, y’all was trying to f**k y’all way to the top. And what end up happening, I guess that p**sy didn't get where it was supposed to [go].”

  • Most notably, rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was allowed to serve out the remainder of his sentence under such conditions. Other notables, including YNW Melly and R. Kelly, had hoped to do the same. However, both requests were denied by officials

Tiny swiftly chimed in to voiced her disapproval at Shekinah Jo. Even though she was supportive of Cosby being released into house arrest, Tiny felt that it was wrong for her friend to victim-blame the women who came forward against Cosby. “I don’t think you should do that,” Tiny admonished. “I feel like it's not fair to do that to the victims because we don’t really know [their] story.”
