Rihanna’s Video Responding To Demands For New Music Will Have You Crying Real Tears
Just about everyone is waiting for Rihanna to drop her first album since 2016’s Anti.
Nowadays, three years between LP drops is forever in the music world and only the biggest in the game can take years off, come back, and drop when they feel like it. RiRi is one of those.
That said, her fans are still antsy and if you ever read the comments under any of her Fenty Beauty posts on social media, there’s always a handful of people asking her the tired question.
Those tired questions finally got a direct response from Rih. Taking to her Instagram Story, the Bajan queen took a selfie video in the studio along with a pretty hilarious message.
“Behind the scenes of ‘where’s the album?’” she captioned the clip, along with the local time “5:40 am.” The Shaderoom re-posted the video and people were having a field day in the comment section.
“Her face looks like ‘at this point I’m doing this for y’all I just wanna go to sleep,’” a commenter wrote. “Someone said she gonna name it, HERE! Damn!,” another hilariously relayed.
Most of us are just grateful to see Rih back in the studio after that new “Avon lady” Twitter photo had some folks shook. But you know what? We’ll take whatever she wants to give us — music, makeup and all.
