Ludacris Has Been A Supermarket Superhero Since 2010
Last week, Ludacris surprised one Whole Foods shopper by footing the bill for her groceries. The woman, an Atlanta widow and caretaker for her “house, [her] property, four rescued dogs, two rescued cats, an elderly, blind chicken, [her] disabled brother…and [herself,]” didn't realize the kind stranger 'Chris' she'd just met was the Grammy-award winning actor/emcee until the cashier pointed him out. However, the plot twist is that he does this a lot and in several locations.

According to his longtime manager, Chaka Zulu, this isn’t a publicity stunt; it’s who he is. “Funny thing, Luda does these things all the time. But he doesn’t want to do interviews to highlight it.
