The Internet Is Crucifying Trey Songz After Turning Himself In On Domestic Assault Charges
According to TMZ, the restraining order filed against R&B singer Trey Songz for alleged domestic violence has now materialized into a full-blown felony case resulting in the Virginia native’s reported surrender to police on the charges.
The site reports that Trey turned himself in to Los Angeles Police on Monday morning (March 19) with his attorney Shawn Holley in tow. He didn't stay behind bars for long though, as TMZ adds he was released on a $50,000 bond only two hours after being booked.
Meanwhile, his accuser, Andrea Buera, has officially embarked on the legal case against him. In recent reports, she alleged that Trey assaulted her at a Hollywood Hills party in L.A. during NBA’s All-Star Weekend. Buera claims that she suffered major injuries that landed her in the hospital, such as a concussion, and that other people in attendance witnessed the alleged assault, but did nothing.
The accuser revealed photos of her injuries from the alleged assault via a press conference with women’s rights attorney Lisa Bloom
