According to TMZ, Khloé is seeing Cleveland Cavaliers star Tristan Thompson.

They were both recently spotted spending time together at a Beverly Hills mansion. While it's stll up in the air if they're actually dating or not, they were seen last weekend leaving a club within minutes of one another.
