Vaughn Hebron plays Bartholomew “Barry” Hallsen, the son of the esteemed White House butler Richard Hallsen, who has served during several administrations. He Didn’t Take Long To Get Noticed By Hollywood
Hebron went after his dream of being an actor when he moved to Atlanta to “give acting a shot” in January 2017. Less than two years later he landed a series regular role on The Oval. He credits his stepfather with being the first person in his life to believe in him and tell him to go for it.

Hebron is a Que, a proud member of the historically Black fraternity Omega Psi Phi where he became an active member as an undergraduate at Lafayette College in Pennsylvania.
He Almost Went Pro In The NFL
Vaughn got a partial scholarship to play division 1 football in college. He unfortunately tore his ACL in his junior year but came back strong in his senior year as the second-leading rusher on his team, carrying 61 times for 269 yards.
