The rapper earned two nominations and will perform at the BET Experience, presented by Walmart.

Atlanta-based rapper Gunna cemented his place in hip-hop with his unique melodic flow and captivating lyrics.

Rising to fame in the late 2010s, Gunna's collaborations with artists like Young Thug and Lil Baby propelled him into the spotlight. This year, the “Lemonade” emcee earned two nominations at the BET Awards 2024, hosted by actress Taraji P. Henson. He is recognized for “Album of the Year” and “Best Male Hip Hop Artist.” The rapper is also set to appear at the BET Experience, Presented by Walmart, for a performance you won’t want to miss.

    “Bread & Butter” marked Gunna’s first single since following his December 2022 release after he pleaded guilty to one count of racketeering charges.

    The emcee used the song to address the backlash he faced for taking a deal. Gunna also spoke about several industry figures and collaborators, including Young Thug, Lil Durk, and Lil Baby.
