Watch: Serena Williams Teaches Self Magazine How to Wind and Twerk for Exercise

The tennis queen is doing the most.

Getting props from Beyoncé for her "7/11" tribute video might have gassed Serena Williams all the way up.

In conjunction with slaying her cover and photos for the September issue of Self Magazine, the tennis queen also took the time out to teach the publication how to dance for exercise — and, ahem, ahem, slow wind and twerk in the process.

Take a look.

It's hard to tell if Serena is trying to be serious or humorous, but nevertheless, this is pretty entertaining.

If anything, it must feel great to let loose, considering a victory at the US Open next month would have Serena jumping over Steffi Graff's 22 Grand Slam wins, pulling her to within one major title of Margaret Court's 24 — the most in women's singles tennis history.
