Police in Wisconsin cited Ty Dolla Sign for marijuana possession when he wasn’t even there, his rep says. TMZ reports that the West Coaster's tour bus stopped on the side of the road over equipment issues Wednesday (Nov. 12) and police pulled up to make sure everything was okay. 

Upon entering the vehicle, they smelled marijuana and cited all seven people on the bus. Ty was included in the roundup, although police never confirmed seeing him. His rep says he was actually on a plane in Omaha.

Authorities found over an ounce of weed on the bus. Ty, or whomever actually received the ticket, will have to pay less than $500 for the pot bust.

As for the “Paranoid” singer, he may not have been on the bus, but he most certainly has as affinity for greenery. He’s known to sing about blowing trees and told Hot 97 earlier this year that he smokes roughly three ounces of weed a week.
