Jonathan Majors Dropped by Management & PR Agency Amid Domestic Violence Allegations

The news comes three weeks after he was arrested on domestic violence charges.

Actor Jonathan Majors has been dropped by his management and public relations agency nearly three weeks after he was arrested on assault and harassment charges.

According to multiple reports, The Lede Company, a public relations firm that had been working with the Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania actor “stepped away" last month following the incident.

In addition, Deadline reported that talent management company Entertainment 360 has also stopped working with the Marvel star.

Various aspects of Major’s career appear to be affected by the recent scandal after he and fashion house Valentino “mutually agreed” that the actor would not be attending this year’s Met Gala as one of its guests.

The 33-year-old made headlines on March 25 after he was detained by authorities in Manhattan  regarding a domestic dispute with an unidentified 30-year-old woman who was later hospitalized with “minor injuries to her head and neck,” according to police.

The Emmy nominated actor and his legal team have maintained the actor’s innocence during this time. In a statement released by his criminal defense lawyer Priya Chaudhry, the Lovecraft Country star “completely denies assaulting the woman.”

Majors is expected to appear before a judge May 8 as he faces multiple counts of harassment and assault from the New York City D.A.
