Black Madam Names Amber Rose in Testimony
Padge-Victoria Windslowe, known as the "Michelangelo of buttocks injections" and who also goes by the rap name Black Madam, claims Amber Rose is among the celebrities to whom she provided derriere-enhancing injections, reports the Associated Press.
Windslowe, who is currently on trial for the murder of Claudia Aderotimi — a London break dancer she allegedly injected with low-grade silicone — dropped more than one famous name in her testimony. She also claims she was supposed to give Nicki Minaj a "correction," which never occurred.
The Black Madam claims Rose started receiving injections from her before she became famous and continued until the 2011 death of Aderotimi. She said under cross-examination that Kanye West dropped Rose off for one procedure when the two were dating. “Amber was like a walking billboard,” she said of Rose, who was also raised in Philadelphia.
Representatives for Rose and Minaj did not immediately respond to emails requesting comment.
Windslowe's clients — from rappers to strippers to fellow transgender women — paid between $1,000 and $2,000 per injection to add more junk to their trunks, Windslowe testified.
Asked by Assistant District Attorney Carlos Vega why they would choose an unlicensed practitioner over a Los Angeles plastic surgeon, Windslowe said, “I was the best, and I don’t mean that to be cocky.”
Windslowe is charged with third-degree murder in the death of the 20-year-old Aderotimi, who was injected at a Philadelphia airport hotel.
