Lil Wayne Party Shut Down After Pepper Spray Attack

A Montreal afterparty is shut down after someone sneaks the noxious chemical into the club's ventilation system.

A Lil Wayne event in Montreal last night (August 18) had to be shut down after a mysterious pepper spray attack.

According to TMZ, Lil Wayne was hosting the after-party for his show that night—part of his I Am Still Music mega-tour—at a club called La Mouche. Apparently someone snuck into a backroom and released pepper spray into the ventilation system, forcing everyone—including Weezy himself—to evacuate the premises.
We don't think this is what Lil Wayne had in mind when he said "Tha Block Is Hot."
No word yet on any police investigation into the incident, but a rep for Wayne told TMZ that the Nawlins MC is "okay and gearing for his next stop in Toronto."
