Jennifer Lopez Sells Bel Air Estate for $34 Million
Jennifer Lopez’s prized pad has found a new owner.
After six months on the market, the multihyphenate’s Bel Air home was sold at just under $34 million on Monday (Oct. 22), as reported by the Wall Street Journal. The 12,000-square-foot property was originally listed for $42.5 million by Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates.
Earlier this year, Carolwood Estates shared a video tour of the house on YouTube.
The French-country-style-inspired abode is nestled between greenery and features a grand library, sitting room and a cozy theater. The primary quarters of the residence contain a family room, bar, fireplace and a grand view of the property’s surroundings.
This home is equipped with a chef’s kitchen,= outfitted with two islands, a built-in breakfast area and a formal dining room. It also contains a guest suite with a lofty motor court.
Outdoor amenities on this property include a 100-seat amphitheater, a pagoda with a firepit, an entertainment pavilion and a private lake.
