Lupita Nyong’o and Other ‘Black Panther’ Stars Remember Chadwick Boseman On The Two-Year Anniversary Of His Death
It’s been over a year since the passing of Chadwick Boseman, and the world continues to grieve the loss of the beloved actor.
On Sunday (August 28), Lupita Nyong’o posted an old video clip on her social media in remembrance of her Black Panther co-star, showing him signing autographs to fans with the caption “Kept it real, kept it kind.”
The post was met with an array of beautiful comments, with Leticia Wright flooding Nyong’o’s post with heart and Winston Duke crafting a message.
“Incredibly generous man…always sharing and helping and giving and loving… ugh… my heart … Ure missed beyond any words my brother… love love! Thanks, Lupita, for posting our treasure… man oh man!! ❤️❤️❤️,” said Duke.
The sequel to Black Panther, titled Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, was released last month at San Diego Comic-Con, with director Ryan Coogler nodding Boseman.
“Chad is no longer with us physically, but his spirit, his passion, his genius, his pride, his culture, and the impact that he made on this industry will be felt forever,” Coogler said. “We put our love for Chadwick into this film.”
