A woman, who chose to be identified as Jane Doe, who is current suing Usher for allegedly giving her genital herpes is under the impression that the "Confessions" singer is hiding his assets so that they cannot be seized in the hefty judgment she requested.

According to TMZ, she believes Usher is transferring all of his wealth to others so that, in the event that he loses the case against her, they won't be up for grabs. She clarified, though, that she just speculates that this is what he may be doing in private, and has no proof that this may actually be the case.

The woman's attorney, Lisa West, however, backs up her claims that the singer is up to something as he delayed the discovery process in the suit by 90 days. She, like her client, assumes that he failed to disclose his assets during this phase so that he would have ample time to stash them away.
