This Hilarious and Petty AF Text a Woman Received From Her Uber Eats Delivery Man Has Everyone Screaming

"This man had been through it."

While visiting a relative in the hospital, a 20-year-old woman decided to order some food through the popular delivery service Uber Eats. However, when her food arrived, it came with an free side order of sass.

Alisha Jennings-Oluwosuko spent some time at John Hopkins Hospital in Maryland to see a family member undergoing treatment.

On Monday, she ordered some food on the Uber Eats' delivery app while she was at the hospital. Jennings-Oluwosuko said she'd ordered from a local burger spot, but she became so busy at the hospital she completely forgot about the order.

When the delivery man arrived, he gave Alisha a call, which she missed. She later texted the number and the delivery man said her food was here. When Alisha asked if he was out front, the man responded with sassy response she was not expecting.

  • 'No I'm on top of the building, I just landed my helicopter,' the delivery person immediately responded

  • Alisha posted the funny text to Twitter where it quickly went viral

  • Immediately people began speculating about the delivery guy

  • Some worried the response would lower the man's tip

  • While others thought the shady response deserved a greater tip

  • Alisha also said when she met up with the delivery guy, he apologized for the comment

"When I got down to the car, he said, 'You saw my message, I was just messing around,' but I feel like at that point he was trying to cover for himself for the sake of a tip and his rating," Jennings-Oluwosuko told BET News.

She also said she could not believe the overwhelming response her tweet received.

"I knew the conversation was funny but I absolutely did not expect the response," she told BET. "I could've never imagined that this many people would react this way."
