@BryantMckinnie Yes B, you can have Organic honey, raw sugar, stevia, fruit, maple syrup, agave....just use moderately

 

@JeanetteJenkins Should I just use real sugar instead of Equal and Splenda? I am considering raw sugar.

@divasoofly Yes use real organic raw sugar which still has vitamins & minerals or organic stevia for a low calorie option.
