Mariah Carey proudly showed off her post-baby body via Twitter yesterday (Aug. 2), splashing on the beach in a teal and black one piece, sunglasses and a black visor.

It's been three months since the singer gave birth to her twins, Moroccan and Monroe, and new motherhood has her looking toned! One might think she's been doing bicep curls with a twin in each hand, but the singer attributes her slimmer figure to water aerobics. “Ocean work out! It’s been a loooong time since I’ve been in the ocean,” she Tweeted with the photo.

In addition, Mariah told People magazine she’s been taking long walks with her five Jack Russell terriers and even made a trip to Florida for a workout-heavy vacation.

How long before she gets back to her pre-pregnancy wardrobe staples: the booty shorts, skintight dresses and midriff tops?
