Will Solange Knowles be wearing white this weekend? The singer is planning to marry her longtime boyfriend,Alan Ferguson, on Sunday, a source reveals to Us Weekly. Knowles, who was a bridesmaid along with sister Beyoncé at pal Kelly Rowland's wedding earlier this year, will reportedly walk down the aisle in a super-private ceremony in New Orleans.
According to the source, Solo's wedding weekend will kick off with a movie night and rehearsal dinner on Saturday, followed by ceremony and reception on Sunday. The "Losing You" singer and DJ, 28, has been steadfastly tight-lipped about her relationship to the music video director, but opened up in an interview with Harper's Bazaar earlier this year. "Luckily, I dated all of the losers ages ago. My love life has been stable for a while," she said. "It's a f**ked-up thing — without conflict it's a lot harder to write interesting songs."
Ferguson also made an appearance with Solange's sister, Beyoncé, at the 2012 BET Awards.
Looks like this is shaping up to be a big year for the Knowles sisters and their crew!
