Gucci Mane was issued a three-year probation order following his release from prison in May 2016. Despite his legal woes, Gucci managed to get his probation terminated only a year into his sentence.

According to The FADER, lawyer’s for the rapper filed a motion to have Gucci’s probation terminated and it was approved on August 23. Ironically, Gucci’s probation order ends September 19, one day after the release of his forthcoming The Autobiography of Gucci Mane.

Ending probation sentence two years early is just one of many feats Gucci has managed to accomplish since his release. He popped the question and is slated to wed his longtime girlfriend Keyshia Ka’oir in an exclusive BET TV special this October, dropped three highly anticipated albums, penned an autobiography and won his first MTV Video Music Award.
