With a hostile Congress and the health-care debacle, President Obama could use all the backup he can get right now. Thankfully, Jamie Foxx and Channing Tatum are at his service. The stars of White House Down, which comes to DVD and Blu-ray today, are ready to blaze anything that gets in the president's path.
True, the situation in Washington isn't quite as apocalyptic as it is in the film, but that didn't stop us from relishing in Foxx' and Tatum's tag team approach to protecting the nation against enemies foreign and domestic. Bonus materials on the DVD include a gag reel, a look inside the president's limo (dubbed "The Beast")  and a featurette on how production designers recreated the White House for the film.
