@cierra_britt: Hi Jeanette! I have a quick question. Is it okay to cheat within your diet at least once a week?

@jeanettejenkins: Yes of course you can cheat on your diet but call it Healthy Living: 80% healthy 20% anything goes

 

@maasmama4: How are stairs good for abs??

@jeanettejenkins: Anytime you're going up an incline (hiking, stairs, treadmill) you have to use your ABS/Core muscles to resist gravity!

 

@dr_ffunkenstein: Is organic brown rice pasta better than wheat pasta? Especially for diabetics?

@jeanettejenkins : They are both great! The key is to look for the highest fiber content, aim for at least 5grams per serving!

 

@LadyKishma: What is your opinion on aquatic exercises? Do you think they're as effective as the gym?

@jeanettejenkins: Yes Aqua workouts are great! Just make sure you put in 110% and work hard!
