King James is humbled.

After his visiting Cleveland Cavaliers fell to the San Antonio Spurs, 99-95, on Thursday night, LeBron James took to his Instagram account to salute a fellow all-time NBA great — Tim Duncan — referring to the five-time NBA champion as the "greatest power forward to ever play this game."

Now, that's respect. 

At 39 years old and in his 19th NBA season, Duncan has the full admiration of James and more. After all, Duncan does have five championship rings, three Finals MVPs and two league MVPS to his name in addition to 15 All-Star Game selections.

Although James led the Miami Heat to a win over Duncan and the Spurs in the 2013 NBA Finals, Duncan returned the favor the following year, helping lead San Antonio to a five-game Finals win over the Heat in 2014.

Well before that, Duncan's Spurs swept a then-23-year-old James's Cavaliers in the 2007 NBA Finals, so there's definitely history there.

From one great to another... James's salute of Duncan is definitely well deserved.
