Tika Sumpter and Nicholas James are officially married! According to Brides, the actors happily tied the knot on Saturday (May 14) with a “modern boho-chic” wedding ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

“We're excited to be together and continue the journey," Tika shared with the magazine. "We both walked down the aisle with clear eyes, knowing that the wedding wasn't just for the party. It was really for us."

The lovebirds exchanged vows in front of friends and family at Chileno Bay Resorts & Residences (Auberge Resorts Collection), which is described on the website as “a contemporary sanctuary nestled on one of Cabo’s only swimmable beaches.”

The oceanfront ceremony was not only picturesque but also extremely romantic. The bride explained about the location, "I didn't necessarily always want a destination wedding. It was just something that came to my mind. One of our first trips out of the country was Anguilla, and Mexico definitely has that beautiful, island vibe, so we were like why not do it in Cabo?"

For the beautiful ceremony, the bride glowed in a strapless Galia Lahav gown while her beau donned a pale blue custom suit by Franc Milton.

“My heart is so full. This experience has changed me. I can’t remember a time when I was this happy. I’m married to the best woman, mother, and human I have ever met! My wife @tikasumpter is a spectacle! I love our life, our family, and our circle,” Nick proudly captioned an Instagram photo from their wedding. “None of this would be happening without @tylerperry in our lives. We love you!

FYI: The couple met in 2015 on the set of The Haves and the Have Nots. In October 2016, the couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Ella-Loren.
