Yahoo! Identified her as 22-year-old Nyla Tomeka Murrell-French. She’s serving a 7-year sentence for stabbing a girl, 17, during a fight at a St. Paul, Minn. gas station in 2019.
Murrell-French was convicted on one count of first-degree assault, the Twin Cities Pioneer Press reported. The victim was hospitalized for a collapsed lung and injuries to her jugular and continued to suffer from nerve damage, the prosecutor said at the sentencing hearing.
She also had nine theft charges after the assault.
