Ja Rule Vows to End Twitter Beef With 50 Cent
While their feud is far from over, Ja Rule has vowed not to battle his longtime rap rival 50 Cent via Twitter anymore. Last month, the two Queens-bred wordsmiths engaged in a public back and forth on the social networking site, rekindling memories of their once heated and sometimes violent beef.
“Sway, I promise you, he can get on Twitter right now and say, ‘Ja you bitch-ass nigga,’ and I’m gonna say, ‘Good for you, young man. I wish you well,’” Ja told MTV News.
Although he doesn’t regret the beef with the G-Unit boss, Rule does admit that if he could do it all again, he wouldn’t have involved 50’s cohorts like Lloyd Banks, Dr. Dre, Eminem and former G-Unit member Game.
“I think a lot of people got wrapped up in my and 50’s whole nonsense,” said Rule. “For that, I would’ve done that differently, maybe. My beef was with one dude; I'mma keep it with that dude. I’m not gonna drag in this person and that person.”
Ja Rule is headed to prison in June to serve a two-year bid on a gun conviction.
