Keke Palmer Says She Wants To Team Up With Will Smith For Comedy Movie
Keke Palmer wants to tag team with Will Smith whenever he is ready to return to comedy roles.
At the annual Time 100 Next gala, hosted by the 29-year-old actress on Wednesday (Oct. 26), Palmer shared several potential partnerships that she would be interested in when it comes to comedy films, according to PEOPLE.
"I would love to be in something with my girl Melissa McCarthy," Palmer said speaking to Variety. "I think me and Adam Sandler can make way. If Will Smith's ready to go back to do some comedies, I'm ready."
Palmer further explained that she would be interested in doing “an action-comedy of some sort, kinda like a haphazard duo that shouldn't be together but we are together.”
There has been speculation that Palmer could be appearing in the upcoming Disney+ Sister Act 3 movie starring Whoopi Goldberg but it still has yet to be confirmed.
Palmer has kept her resume stacked this year while appearing in Nope alongside Daniel Kaluuya and voicing the character of Izzy Hawthorne in Disney and Pixar’s Lightyear.
