Watch Fatbelly Bella bestow super powers in the trailer to "What Men Want."

The trailer for Taraji P. Henson’s What Men Want, the gender-bending remake of 2000’s What Women Want, is now live, and audiences are getting a first look at the life and times of high powered sports agent Ali Davis.

In the trailer Davis is struggling to advance in her career at World Wide Sports Management and is told that she does not know how to relate to men. She is attempting to land a big client who is managed by his father, Joe “Dolla” Barry, played by Tracy Morgan. Barry tells her flat out “I don’t trust women who don’t get dudes.”

A friend of Ali’s suggests that she consult with a woman who can assist with her problem understanding men. The consultant with a wicked tea game is none other than Erykah Badu.

“First off, when I read the script and I got to that scene I was thinking this gotta be Erykah Badu for this,” Taraji tells BET.com. “So I called Will and asked him to please call Erykah Badu. I’m hinting. But the writer informed me she wrote it for her and I couldn’t see anybody else playing that character. I knew she could do the part and couldn’t wait to play in a scene with her.”

Back in 2010 Badu was famously asked for her secret to mesmerizing men by talk show host Chelsea Handler, but she refused to give up the dirt saying she “I want them all, why would I give you advice? I'll give you one piece of advice, you may be coming on too strong." Well, thankfully she is now more generous with Ali.

“[It’s a really fun cameo that only Erykah Badu can do,” says producer Will Packer. “She comes in and adds some life to this role and flavor to this movie that audiences are going to be loving.”

What Men Want is in theaters January 11.
