A son of the late Ol' Dirty Bastard revealed that he has testicular cancer during an interview with Montreality. Young Dirty Bastard’s admission came as he discussed what he believes to be the “biggest lie” in the world. “AIDS is the biggest lie in the world," he said. Man created AIDS it didn’t come from a monkey.”

Cancer was next up on his list of global health conspiracies. “When you go to the hospital, they give you cancer. You get cancer from the foods. They put it all in your foods, and actually I got cancer in my balls right now and I’m trying to beat it, every day.”

YDB isn’t seeking a medical treatment because he believes doctors “get paid” to kill people.

Although he was seemingly lighthearted about the deadly disease, there was a more serious moment in the interview where he talks about acceptance, and the lesson he learned from battling cancer. “I started to live with whatever it was called…my friend ‘the tumor,’ you know what I’m saying? I noticed how to live with things and conquer.”
