Wale and girlfriend Chloe Alexis welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world a few weeks ago.

Alexis was in labor for almost two days before having her first child, but of course, it was all worth it. Named Zyla Moon Oluwakemi, Wale’s daughter hadn’t yet been seen by the public, until now. The D.C. rapper took to Instagram yesterday (August 15) and posted a pic of him holding Zyla Moon.

“Love.. Unconditional,” he captioned next to the picture. “(Oluwakemi few days old).”

Wale was scheduled to perform at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Friday, July 22 in conjunction with the One Africa Music Festival, but understandably had to cancel his appearance in order to be by his girl’s side as she gave birth to their child.
