But these admirable moves don’t even cover half of the 23-year-old hip-hop star’s charitable contributions that he holds closest to his heart. So when he got on stage to send a shout-out and declare a bold statement about freeing those who have been incarcerated on marijuana charges before America legalizes it, the internet is holding Chance close to their hearts as well.
